5.2 License to Us. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, reproduce, and process your User Content solely to operate, maintain, and improve the Service (for example, to generate meal plans tailored to your household's feedback).

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PARARTU AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING RELIANCE ON AI-GENERATED MEAL SUGGESTIONS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE, OR (B) FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS ($50).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ParArtu from any claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.
